The Efficiency of our Federal , provincial and local Govt
representatives
I don’t know whether the viewers favor me or not? If the efficiency
of our Federal, Provincial and local Government representatives is
assessed independently without fear and favor, it becomes evident
that the services rendered by them so far, seem to be not up to the
mark. They have been found involved in transferring poor employees
and posting of their favorites in various departments of the
district. Inside parliament, lack of participation in law making
process and inability to highlight the problems confronted by the
poor people of Chitral, also speak their dismal performance and
inefficiency.
In my humble view, Tehsil Nazim of
Chitral, Mr. Sartaj has successfully completed his tenure and it
would be niggardliness if his efficiency and services rendered by
him remaining within the Para meter of his jurisdiction, are not
applauded and appreciated. The people of Chitral should write his
Annual confidential report honestly. It is the beauty of democracy
where even a lay man has the right to criticize or appreciate the
efficiency of representatives belonging to his constituency. It
will prove helpful in electing right man in the coming election. We
the people of Chitral are confronting countless problems which
cannot be resolved unless the people succeed in electing dynamic
leadership having the capability to fight for the legitimate rights
of Chitral.
