“A SEPARATE MARKET IN CHITRAL FOR WOMEN”


Today’s world is changing, and with the changing world people’s thought and imaginations are also changing towards the modern world. The needs are also changing and along with them, the rules are changing too, up to some extent. But a Women walking openly in the main Chitral Bazaar (Market) is still not considered well enough in our society. Women never feel as much as comfort and relax while shopping in our main Bazaar (Market), as much as one’s felt while walking in Peshawar’s Saddar Bazaar (Market). Definitely, they won’t felt as much easy going as it is observed in the city areas, obviously! There are some rules and custom, and we should observe them, and definitely we will. But Women are very important part of the society, and their needs should be fulfilled too, and there are still many things to be done for Women, according to their need and desire. The Women of our Valley are very courageous, they bear almost everything very patiently, but they should be given some facilities too.

There are many stores, shopping centre for Women, but they are limited to homes only. Many Women have started their shopping centre, but in their homes only. If today’s world is changing then why in our Valley, the Women are limit to their homes. It is not like that, if they were allowed to come out, they will break their customs and rules, no, they won’t. They will never do that. The Chitrali Women are very sensible; they know very well how to deal with a situation. And so, they will manage everything easily. That is a great idea to start one’s own business at home, but it’s a little bit difficult for people living far away to travel those shopping centres for their needs, because they are around different locations but not in a one place. And besides that most of them not kept various items. So, one have to travel the one shopping centre for some items and to the other shopping centre for the remaining items, and it’s a difficult task for Women in Chitral.

So, according to Women needs, desire and for the sake of their convenience, a separate market or Mall, should be established in Chitral in a convenient place for Women only, where no one else, but only Women will be allowed, it won’t be as much huge as the main market but, it will fulfilled the Women requirements. It will be a place where they will run shopping centre, or any other shop where every need of a Women will be available. And where they can also run beauty par lour, that is deadly needed especially for the girls of our region, and along with this entire, where there will be available a lady tailor too, and there will be available each and every need of a Women. In this way they will all get an opportunity to run their business together in a well manner and all Women needs will overcome in one place, and then they don’t need to run for different shopping centre for various items, all they will get in a one place. That is a great idea for Women in Chitral, but if all of them cooperate with each other, as they can set their shops in that separate market, instead of their homes, that is perhaps, their shopping centre will run more properly in that market, instead of their home, because there will come everyone. So, it’s a really great plan, if they will work together and will bring it on together.
