Billionaire businessman Haji Mohammad Khan embraced politics, joins PML"N"

CHITRAL: The chief organizer of PML-N Chitral district Haji Muhammad Khan has said that he will utilize all his energies, resources and time to make the party the most popular one in Chitral to enable to win a landslide victory in the forthcoming local bodies polls. Addressing his maiden press conference soon after his arrival from Peshawar having been appointed as the chief organizer of the party here on Monday, he claimed that in the existing pressing situation, only Nawaz Sharif has the capability to drive the nation out of the morass and the people from Chitral to Karachi are looking towards him as their saviour. He said that after reorganizing the party on sound footings, he will launch a crash programme of membership campaign. Mr. Khan said that he will try his level best to prove his mettle and will come up to the expectations of the party leadership. He said that a good number of workers of different political parties especially from PML-Q have announced to join the party. He criticized the MNA from Chitral for deserting the party in its critical condition and said that such turncoats will not be allowed to reenter the party ranks. The billionaire businessman turned politician announced to solve the problem of power shortage to Chitral by his personal resources by next year if the government failed to do so. On this occasion, the party office bearers, Sifat Zareen, Ghulam Ahmed, Nadir Khan were also present. He was brought to the press club from the airport by hundreds of party workers. He was later on taken to his native village Ayun where he was given a tumultuous welcome.
