Advice to Maulana Chitrali Letter III
In response to a letter by "Sikandar Khan Islamabad" on the
captioned subject I would like to clear his miss-conception about
the construction of Lawari Tunnel. The tunnel has been constructed
not by the struggles of Maulana Chitrali or any other local or
national politician; nor to help out Chitrali people trough their
miseries. It was started by Mr. Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto (shaheed) and
has been completed by former President General Pervez Musharraf as
a part of strategic ties between Pakistan and China. It was a huge
strategic project of providing multiple choices to the Peoples
Republic of China to access Gawardar Port, to strengthen the
strategic relationship, to enhance trade with china and the central
Asian countries. I therefore request you not to put this project
into any of the so called political leaders please.

Congratulation to brilliant students
Dear Editor,
Please convey my heartfelt congratulations to
the brilliant students (a) Mr. Abdul Wahid; (b) Mr. Sarwarud Din
and Mr. Rafiqullah of the Aga Khan Higher Secondary School,
Seenlasht, Chitral and Govt. High School Reshun respectively for
their great successes at provincial level competitions held in
Abbottabad few days back. I pray for their bright future and a lot
of other successes throughout their lives (AMEEN). May I also
request you to convey my sincere congratulations to their teachers
and parents as well on this happy occassion?
