Saleem Khan's Artificial Caveat

This is with the reference of Mr. Saleem Khans' ( Provincial Minister) artificial warning to the Heads of various departments of Chitral last week in the governor cottage; regarding the progress and development of different projects in Chitral.

Mr. Khan is a simple and honest Chitrali gentleman. He doesn't know the hidden knives and tricks of bureaucracy. Unfortunately, in my beloved country (Pakistan), 80% of the people within this community are morally uneducated, characterless, disbelievers, morally blinded and deaf. In the Constitution of Humanity (Holy Qu'ran), Allah says: "they are deaf, dumb and blind so they return not (to the right path)" (Al-Baqara: 18). This Holy Surat truly points out that those kind of people who are appointed for the well being of others and are being paid huge amounts, are on the contrary, involved in huge bribes and are making black money from different sources.

As an example, a month ago, in Mastuj, three innocent lives were lost due to the collapse of a bridge. This bridge collapsed twice within a month; how shocking! Who is responsible? Where did all the money which was leading towards making a strong bridge go? Who used cheap materials to construct the bridge? Who was the head of the Works Department in Chitral? Where was District Nazim at this point of time? Where was the DCO of Chitral? And who was the contractor of this project?

If Mr. Saleem Khan is true and honest in his warning, he should come forward and handcuff the former DCO of Chitral, the head of Works and Services Department in Chitral, the District Nazim of Chitral and the contractor of the bridge.
The people of Chitral and families of the deceased will be proud and you will be entitled 'Atatur ke Chitral.'

Children raping, a serious issue

Sir,

I want to draw the attention on serious issue of child raping. This heart rending news are published every day. children as young as 3 to 14 years are being raped every day all over in Pakistan .Why we all turn deaf ear on this serious issue ?we heard news with great interest but feeling no shame. We all must think about the victims, their families and their traumic life afterwards.

Most of the victims are murdered by rapists to conceal their offense. Many of them survive suffer from different diseases and psychological problems. People who generally involve in this heinous crime are suffering from sexual frustration, use of drugs, poor addiction, and psychological illness. The current wave of child rape is matter of great concern for every citizen. Parent got frightened in leaving their childrens alone at outside their home and schools.

If police arrested the culprit and put then behind the bars then the prolonged hearing of their cases take place for many months, but think by prolonged cases what will be happen to the life of victim they feel more insulting in facing the people who are taking about their case publicly.

Government should take serious notice of this heinous crime, and give exemplary punishment to these culprits so that others not repeat this sort of callous act. I hope that government must take this matter with great concern and save the innocent victims.
