Haji Jamshed refutes the allegations against zila nazim

CHITRAL: Haji Jamshedur Rahman, a resident of Jughoor village of Chitral town has categorically refuted the allegation of ‘murder attempt’ leveled by his opponent and younger brother Mujahidur Rahman against him. In a press conference here on Tuesday, he said that he had staged the drama only to implicate him in false case which he feared that will cost his lucrative job in Kuwait. He termed the allegation against the district nazim Maghfirat Shah for siding him is also totally baseless and said that this is the handiwork of the political opponents of his opponent. Mr. Rahman said that he was not present in the village when the incident of the so-called murder attack on his brother. He alleged that the police registered cases against him without hearing his standpoint which has created problem for him. He said that in his absence while he was overseas for service, his brother sold his piece of land fraudulently and prepared forged documents whose validity were challenged in the court of law and the court ordered the local police to register cases of forgery against him. Mr. Jamshed expressed his apprehensions about the safety of himself and his family members who are constantly threatened by his brother and his accomplices named Ghulam Murtaza and Shafiqur Rahman. He said that all the mentioned three persons should be held responsible for any hurt inflicted his family members including himself.
