Four SHOs were awarded for their outstanding performance

CHITRAL: Four of the station house officers of Chitral
police were awarded cash reward and commendation certificates for
their outstanding performance to curb the menace of drugs in their
respective areas by DPO Mohammad Saleem Khan Marwat here on Monday.
The police officers receiving rewards included Mohammad Khalid of
Drosh, Ali Murad of Arandu, Zafar Ahmed of Ayun and Inayatullah of
Chitral city. Speaking on the occasion, the DPO expressed his firm
determination to exterminate the drug peddlers from the district by
utilizing all its resources. He said that no influential person
will be spared if found involved in the drug peddling. He said that
the Kalash people have been warned not to sell the locally
distilled wine to the people of Muslim community.
