‘Lowari tunnel’s first phase to be completed by Nov’

CHITRAL: Project Director National Highway Authority Abdus
Samad has said that the first phase of long-awaited Lowari rail
tunnel project is expected to be completed by the last week of
November. This he informed while briefing the participants of a
high-level meeting held here on Wednesday with District
Coordination Officer Mutasim Billah in the chair. Besides others
Administrative Officer Sanbo Company Sastar Park also attended the
meeting.
